By booking a call or engaging Mechanical Bookkeeping's services, you agree to the following terms.

Our services
We provide bookkeeping cleanup, ongoing monthly bookkeeping, and consulting/training services to Australian trade business owners, as outlined during your consultation and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Booking a call
Booking a "Books Health Check" call is free and carries no obligation to purchase. We'll discuss your situation and, if appropriate, provide a quote for our services.

No lock-in contracts
Our monthly bookkeeping service has no lock-in contract. Either party may end the arrangement with notice as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment
Cleanup fees are billed upfront. Monthly bookkeeping fees are billed in advance for the coming month. Specific pricing is confirmed with you directly before any work begins.

Access to your information
You agree to provide us with reasonable access to your accounting software and financial records necessary to perform our services.

Limitation of liability
While we take care to ensure accuracy in all work performed, Mechanical Bookkeeping is not liable for penalties, fines, or losses arising from information provided by you that was inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
